I'm not a professional in Latex but have you ever tried install the basic texlive scheme?
I've just installed these three packages I mentioned above. I thought that''s enough:
texlive texlive-comment hevea
Can you attach your .text file if I can find the problem. I use texmaker and most of the cases it tells me where the bug is.
