Do we no longer do N-V-R checks when higher releases have older packages than older releases?

I don't know what that means, but I almost always do my initial building in rawhide followed by builds and updates to all currently supported Fedora releases.

A cursory glance at https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/darktable shows that F32 and F31 indeed have a newer version of Darktable than F33. F33 doesn't even have a build currently in testing, so I find this to be highly problematic that builds aren't getting pushed to F33.

This type of question really needs to be a bug report against the darktable package, not a conversation in this list. Looks like @madko is listed as the maintainer and @germano was the last person to build push an update, but neglected F33. Such oversight does not seem very good.
