What rpmlint does is not fully equivalent to what people do when
they
read over specfiles.
Right, I understand that. I'm guessing that the things you have to
check by eyeball are in parts of specfiles that don't tend to change
every point release, though.
It would help however if you got re-acquainted with the fedora
contributor policy state-of-the-art.
