dependencies.
Override %__perl_requires and filter as before.
I suggested a "NoRequires:" for RPM a while back but got
shot down.
AFAIK the only way to do it today is to use the above %define and filter
things out.
Adding syntax to *.spec creates instant legacy problems building with older
versions of rpm.
