Why ? IMHO if package is not FTBFS or have unresolved bugs , it should
remain on Fedora , I believe some packages don't need much attention
for a long time ...
But they *do desperately* need attention - more than we can give them.
Most packages are severely outdated or suffer from bitrot - and it didn't help that eclipse dropped support for 32bit architectures, which broke almost half our packages on 32bit arches. We still don't have a solution for that.
And concerning FTBFS issues - we fixed those, but there's no guarantee that we can manage to do that for fedora 32 again.
