But full system emulation is slower by a LARGE factor, not merely the

a hybrid setup including some host and cross tools and QEMU userspace
emulation as a fallback, NOT full system emulation.

its not using cross tools at all and i never said it is. They use
qemu-arm to run the processes they run all arm binaries. rather than
emulating the full system they run the processes emulated.
