SSH has a hardcoded PATH for security reasons unless you configure both,
.bashrc and .bash_profile to have a non-hardcoded for interactive
as well as non-interactive shells
i wrote sometime ago a bugreport that it still has /usr and /sbin in this
hardcoded path which is nonsense after UsrMove and that was fixed
