As stated earlier, the expectation is that when yum is still setting
up update process or downloading repo information, it will stop that
and quit.
Only when yum reaches "starting transaction test" or "running
transaction", it should restrict ctrl-c.
*shrug* OK I'm not going to deny you a feature. I still don't understand why it
would be started in the first place if you didn't intend to finish it. But then, I
never use -y either so I kinda know what I'm getting into before I confirm with
"Y" that I do want to proceed with the update.
