is systemd now orphaned in Fedora or why is there no single comment over
3 months from a maintainer and a upstream available fix is also ignored
for a week without any comment

just use "RuntimeDirectory" and "ExecStartPost" in a systemd-unit
and
stop the service every hour on each machine for backups, you will have a
few failed starts each day
