F26 update ejected?
by Richard Shaw
I have two packages which I got notifications that they were "ejected" from
the push, an example:
BackupPC-4.1.2-1.fc26 ejected from the push because u"Cannot find relevant
tag for BackupPC-4.1.2-1.fc26. None of ['f26-updates-testing',
'f26-updates-testing-pending'] are in [u'f22-updates-candidate',
u'dist-6E-epel-testing-candidate', u'f21-updates-candidate',
u'f24-updates-candidate', u'f26-updates-candidate',
u'epel7-testing-candidate', u'f25-updates-candidate',
u'f23-updates-candidate', u'dist-5E-epel-testing-candidate']."
Bodhi is giving me the option to push it to testing again but the koji tag
is already showing f26-updates-testing...
Ideas?
Thanks,
Richard

xorg-x11-drv-dummy for s390x?
by Orion Poplawski
I make fairly extensive use or xorg-x11-drv-dummy for running graphical
tests in koji builds. I see that xorg-x11-drv-dummy is not built for
s390x, probably due to xorg-x11-server-devel not being available on
s390x - apparently because there just isn't any graphics hardware for s390x?
Anyways, I figured I would ask if there was any support for trying to
get xorg-x11-drv-dummy built for s390x, or if I just exclude running
graphical tests on s390x. Just trying to avoid lots of arch
conditionals if possible.
Thanks.

Self Introduction: Sanford Rockowitz
by rockowitz@minsoft.com
The Package Maintainers Guidelines suggest a self introduction on this list for those submitting their first package, so here goes.
I've just submitted package ddcutil with a request for sponsor. (bug 1447517). This is a utility for controlling monitor settings (basically anything that can be done by pressing the buttons on a monitor, and then some). It grew out of my interest in photography and color management. A color calibration/profile is meaningful only in respect to the physical color settings on monitor at the time of calibration. Change the red level on the monitor, for example, and it's meaningless to apply the calibration. ddcutil allows you to save the color related monitor settings at the time a profile/calibration is created, then restore the monitor to those settings when applying a profile. Another use that has proven popular is to switch monitor inputs. The utility has been publicly available for about a year. More information can be found at http://www.ddcutil.com.
Over the years I've programmed hardware ranging from mainframes to PCs, in languages ranging from assembler to Scala. In Silicon Valley I'm probably best known as the creator of the SVForum/Computer History Museum Distinguished Speaker Series in the early 2000's

A couple minor web UI issues:
Logging in with a FAS account redirects to
https://beta-bugzilla.redhat.com/None, which yields a 404 error.
Several of the custom fields on the right side of show_bug pages have
placeholder tooltips such as, "A custom Drop Down field in this
installation of Bugzilla."
