I vote for option 4:
* Do nothing for F21 (and hopefully fix sushi bugs wrt. navigation,
switch to
gnome-photos)
Except for gnome-photos (I don't think a Workstation needs
a photo app by
default, especially considering how easy it is to install at some later
point), I agree with you. The use case brought up Mo would seem to be very
well served by a sushi that had the fixes you mentioned.
