Hello, thank you very much for your guidance. I really thought as the short description of the list is that talked about overall development of the fedora desktop as a whole and not just Workstation (gnome).

Thanks for your suggestion. I think it'd be great to get Budgie into
Fedora.

But this mailing list is for Fedora Workstation, which uses the GNOME
desktop, so you're not likely to get many replies on this list. You
might have more luck asking on devel@lists.fedoraproject.org if anybody
is interested in packaging Budgie. Ultimately, it won't happen unless
somebody who's interested in Budgie steps up to do the work.
