Yupp, because we parallelize everything. Also, on a number of laptops
we
now have 2s bootups. If this is the range, then 0.3s is actually a lot.
Fast booting is a laudable goal, but I don't think that should be a
consideration in this discussion, whether the speedup is 0.3 seconds or
3 seconds.
