There is a second problem with this: after a few seconds, the
notification will disappear and be put in the notification area. But
once that happens, the actions are removed. So it's sort of a challenge
to use them before they disappear, even if you don't need any
accessibility at all. Especially infuriating when a notification with those buttons is the
only way to accept an incoming XMPP buddy
request, Empathy.
