httpd.
Have it use a separate configuration file in /etc/httpd/conf.d so that
it is
easy to enable/disable.
If it is done, then it shouldn't be such a burden so that it needs to
be in a separate RPM with its own config file. It shouldn't be totally
separate. It should be very minimal and a sane default; nothing gaudy
and obtrusive at all -- just a nicer (yet still minimalistic) version
of a default page.
