Meeting reminder
by Paul W. Frields
Unfortunately, some quick travel kept me from putting together a full
agenda. However, there are at least a couple things to consider this
week (meeting in ~1 hour):
* Matthias mentioned packaging guidelines update for file triggers --
who will draft that?
* WG meeting schedule over holidays
* Kevin Martin's note about plan for Wayland by default: what do we
need to do next?

file triggers in rawhide
by Matthias Clasen
Hey,
I've added file triggers for a number of desktop things:
- gsettings schemas
- gio modules
- desktop files
- mime types
- gdk-pixbuf loaders
- gtk im modules
If you are updating a desktop package in rawhide that uses any of
glib-compile-schemas, gio-querymodules, update-desktop-database, update
-mime-database, gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders or gtk-query-immodules-3.0 in
its %post, %postun or %posttrans, you can simply drop those calls - the
file triggers will take care of things.
For the time being, it might be a good idea to add a dependency on a
new-enough build of the package(s) whose file triggers you are using.
Here is a representative commit:

screen rotation
by Chuck Anderson
Is screen rotation on X11 session expected to still work in Fedora 23?
The shell becomes unresponsive to any/all mouse clicks and keyboard
input when runnning with rotated displays.
Thanks.

If password-nothing at installation,
then the "gnome on wayland" of login-screen is skipped and therefore cannot
setting at login ?
by Ooyama Yosiyuki
At Gnome Desktop environment of Fedora workstation,
maybe, if the user-password is set as nothing when installation(=by anaconda),
then at the login-screen after boot,
the password-nothing mode do automatic-login after deciding the login-user name,
therefore password-input-screen is automatic skipped and not view,
therefore gnome-switching screen ( Gnome / Gnome classic / Gnome on wayland/ ) is also automatic skipped and not view,
therefore wayland cannot setting and cannot switching at login screen.
This phenomena is a defect. Even though without-password, we should be enable to go to the setting screen of wayland at login-screen.
