Hello everyone,
I was going through badges and discovered that most of Design Team badges https://pagure.io/Fedora-Badges/issue/367 have never been awarded. For example, for this one https://badges.fedoraproject.org/badge/m-maybe-design-design-team-ii I can easily come up with quite a few nominees off the top of my head or by looking at closed tickets on Pagure, but as you can see "This badge has *never been awarded!*".
So I was wondering: who has the rights to award them and would like to help giving them to people?

I wonder if it was initially keyed in to automatically award based off of Trac and was never retroactively processed, and then we migrated to pagure, and the code to auto award never got migrated to pagure?

By the looks of it, they were once automated in Trac, but not updated for Pagure:
