I think we stopped carrying that in F17 because it isn't compatible with
Gimp 2.8x, only 2.6x. (Although if you force it, which I do, it works
but it's very complainly!)

I've install FX-Foundry directly from the web and I have no
problem with them. Ídem with Registry plug-ins.
Maybe making a selection and package it?
