Can't run blender

How reproducible:
Always
Steps to Reproduce:
run blender from a terminal:
$ blender
: CommandLine Error: Option 'enable-value-profiling' registered more than once!
LLVM ERROR: inconsistency in registered CommandLine options
You can work around this by running:
CYCLES_OPENCL_TEST=NONE blender
