Fedora must be built only with dependencies that are also in Fedora.
OK. I decide that I use CPU or Flatpak.

Also some other components (ffmpeg) are using clang/llvm to compile
some
features using cuda at runtime. So it could be doable at some point. (IANAL
/ I don't know the upstream point of view on that).
I have installed ffmpeg, clang and llvm.
But crash it.
