Hi
I tested mock driver without core, since using core was not mentioned in Readme.
I was successful in setting up the framework and portal using mock driver.
But when we tried the same using EC2 driver, I faced some problem and asked for help.
Then I got a reply from David:-
"You need to do the following:
git clone
git://git.fedorahosted.org/deltacloud/core.git
cd core
./server/bin/deltacloudd ec2"
I tried the mentioned steps and was almost successful.
I have successfully added cloud provider and pool inside that, but I am having problem
creating instance inside pool. When I click on add instance it gave me only one box to
fill the name of the instance but did not give flavors, realms and images, then I checked
with the framework, it gave me error of right_aws file missing. I got that folder and file
and copied the right_aws folder in lib under libexec in core and changed the path on
right_aws file in ec2_driver.rb to "right_aws/lib/right_aws". After that when I
tried running portal and tried creating instance it gave me a box to add name of instance
and a dropdown of flavors. But still no dropdown for realms and images. When I checked in
with framework, there are no realms under "Realms" link in that and also
doesn't show any image under "Images" link.
Note - I am using my AWS login userid and password while creating pool.
Thanks
Hemendra

Hemendra, I am going to assume you have a current clone of the core repo
that you are running the api from, if not let us know what your setup
is. Shortly you will be able to run something like:
core/server/bin/deltacloudd --driver=ec2 -p3001
to put it on another port. However our deltacloudd wrapper script does
not yet handle the port part, so you are best off going to
core/server/libexec/ and running:
DRIVER=ec2 ./script/server -p3001
