Yes, it fails, I checked it again and here are some details:
You can reproduce it by clicking on a pool in left panel. After pool
instances are listed in main panel, you will see all instances stopped
and exception about uninitialized constant is logged in a log file.
In "condormatic_instances_sync_states" method which is called from
pool's "list" action, are all instances marked as stopped, in a next
step the exception is thrown (and catched and logged) and method returns.
