Nack, Just one minor point.
The New Pool functionality is not turned off per se, we have just disabled the link to the new pool page. We can test navigating straight to the New Pool Page URL like in this scenario: Scenario: Enter invalid characters into Name field
For this scenario: Scenario: Create a new Pool I think it might be better to just comment out the navigation and start the scenario from the new pool page.
