Hi Jose,
Thanks for reaching out.
I would suggest you to start by subscribe to the
deepinde(a)lists.fedoraproject.org[1]. Then if you have questions you can
direct send to the mailing list, so that all active users/contributors
can reply when they read the email. Note, this mailing list is really
quiet, there haven't been much email since the creation.
Technically, we already have Deepin Desktop packaged into Fedora. So if
you want to use it, you just need to run
`sudo dnf install @deepin-desktop`
logout and login by choosing the Deepin Desktop from your display manager.
If you don't already have much knowledge about packaging and developing,
you can start by using Deepin Desktop and report bugs to bugzilla[2]. If
you already knows about RPM packaging, that will be great, all our
current contributors are really so we are really short of hands(I'm
getting really busy since last year and did not really look into Deepin
Desktop since then). In this way you can probably start with fixing bugs
in Deepin packages for Fedora, or help with updating packages when newer
version released.
Feel free to reply to the list for future questions.
HTH.

Good afternoon, Zamir,
I like very much Fedora and its balance between stability and updated
packages, but I also miss in Fedora three of my favorite desktop
environments: Deepin, Budgie, and Pantheon.
I'd like to learn how to build a distribution, and so, collaborating in
any manner in your remix, I think it's gonna help me to understand the
process.
Thanks in advance,
