Hi,
I do not understand what exactly does "full" mean. I can imagine two situations:
* Retrace server is running the maximum number of tasks (at the moment the number is set to 3). Once one of the jobs finishes, Retrace server is ready to accept another request. You just need to wait and retry. This way, Retrace client's message would be "Retrace server is fully occupied at the moment. Try again later please."
* There is not enough free storage on the Retrace server. This is less probable, there has been enough free storage on 2011-05-01. The message would be "There is not enough storage space on the server".
I personally think it is the first one. Users need to wait at the moment, 3 parallel jobs are not enough for the whole distribution. The limit should be increased when new hardware for Retrace server is available.
Cheers, Michal

Actually it was out of space (again) so I removed /srv/root/*
