#839: merge all the attachments into one

Comment (by vda):
Current default bugzilla_format*.conf files direct one-liners to be
inlined into the BZ comment, and only multiline elements are attached:
{{{
...
Additional info:: \
-pkg_arch,-pkg_epoch,-pkg_name,-pkg_release,-pkg_version,\
-component,-architecture,\
-analyzer,-count,-duphash,-uuid,-abrt_version,\
-username,-hostname,-os_release,\
-time,-pid,-pwd,\
%oneline <======== HERE
%attach:: -comment,-reason,-reported_to,-event_log,%multiline,\
<======== HERE
-coredump,%binary
}}}
This results in about ten attachments per newly created CCpp BZ.
This doesn't seem to be _too_ bad.
Creating a mechanism to lump some of them into a single attachment may be
beneficial, but it will also make life harder for anyone who wants to
automatically process abrt's BZs: they will needto learn hot to detect and
process that too (along with several already existing variations of abrt
BZ's).
I would like to postpone the decision on this...
