So far the only way is to set the env variable $http_proxy BEFORE abrtd
is started (e.g. in abrtd init script) we're trying to fix this, but we
didn't find a solution that wouldn't depend on some desktop specific
config (like gconf) we would like it more systemwide and this seems to
be a problem.
