This allows user to directly report a crash by clicking on abrt icon. This is a first patch which just adds --report=crashid option to abrt-gui. Please review.
Tested. It works with valid UUID.
With invalid UUID, I am getting this:
# abrt-gui --report 12345 Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/share/abrt/CCMainWindow.py", line 319, in<module> rs = ReporterSelector(dumplist.getDumpByCrashID(crashid),daemon, parent=None) File "/usr/share/abrt/CCReporterDialog.py", line 352, in __init__ for reporter_name in AnalyzerActionsAndReporters[crashdump.getAnalyzerName()].split(','): AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'getAnalyzerName'
Yes, already fixed this.
Also it does not support "UID:UUID" syntax, with the same error:
# abrt-gui --report 0:b6d7f71b Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/share/abrt/CCMainWindow.py", line 319, in<module> rs = ReporterSelector(dumplist.getDumpByCrashID(crashid),daemon, parent=None) File "/usr/share/abrt/CCReporterDialog.py", line 352, in __init__ for reporter_name in AnalyzerActionsAndReporters[crashdump.getAnalyzerName()].split(','): AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'getAnalyzerName'
This syntax is needed, for example, to allow root to specify which crash to report when there are two identical crashes with different UIDs.
Yes, will add this.
Also, "abrt-gui --help" probably should list options now. It can be added in src/Gui/abrt-gui.
and also this.
