We don't intend to use the domain fedora-latam.org as a domain, but the domain latam.fedoracommunity.org.
I think that fedora-latam.org can be used as cname entry on the DNS, and all the countries that don't have a domain
will use latam.fedoracommunity.org/<contry>.

After that, to standardize and to avoid problems with the misuse of the name, we'll advise the other countries that have
a own domain to ask for a subdomain too.

In the path, a substitution like s/fedora-latam/latam.fedoracommunity/ should match with what we are asking.

I have a fedora-web patch that will do the trick, attached.  However,
it would be good to know if the communities in the various nations
(Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Panama, Peru) would like additional
landing pages on fedora-latam.org.

Also, it would be good to determine whether the owner of
fedora-latam.org has a trademark license agreement, and if not, get
them covered by one, for the reasons shown in the page I linked
earlier.
