How do you think that it might be useful? This seems like the most
important question to answer: if we know what we want to do with the
data, that will enable us to effectively design the research exercise.
Net Promoter Score is a gauge of loyalty and engagement. Having that as a
running metric lets us know in a broad sense whether our outreach and
mindshare efforts are working.
