+1 from me too. I worry at times that our tickets may sit if not poked a bit.

That seems like a good approach to me. We generally don't have a lot
of tickets, so it shouldn't take long to get through them. If there
are non-ticket items that require a lot of discussion, we can do
tickets at the end or just give a quick for-the-minutes rundown. And
this way, the meetings hopefully seem more approachable for
non-Council members*.
*If you're a non-Council member, it would be great to see you in our
meetings more often. I'll bring (karma) cookies!
