Note the time -- we're keeping this on US/Eastern despite Daylight
Saving Time changes.


US/Eastern as TZ is (somewhat) deprecated [1]. I recently got some warning from a Java-based application. And seems PHP warns too. [2]

So better to change to America/New_York. But not really a big deal though, since US/Eastern is likely to stay in the database for a while. [3]
