Hello,
Please do not close private pagure tickets opened in order to discuss something sensitive
before the discussion is actually over - agreed that its over by the person who opened it
up, and others in the council. This kind of decision can not be taken by a single person.
Getting approval from the ticket reporter to close a ticket can lead
to tickets being open forever that are not actively being worked. It
is up to the group to determine when a ticket is closed, and sometimes
that means the reporter does not agree with that resolution. A ticket
can always be reopened if it was closed prematurely or new information
causes it to be relevant again.
Closing such ticket means ending the discussion prematurely as nobody
will keep track of it anymore.
That is correct, and in some cases that is the desired result.
