Keeping it on Eastern works for me and prevents conflicts with the
bi-weekly prioritized bugs meeting.

Note that with the US switching to Daylight Saving Time, this time has
changed relative to UTC. Quick straw poll: is this okay with everyone?
I could also move to 11am US/Eastern if that works better for more people.
