That would seem to prohibit even basic logging of HTTP traffic, which
would be unacceptable to most sysadmins and possibly unenforceable in
some jurisdictions. I don't think that's what you intended, but the
wording is sufficiently vague. "Non-proprietary" would also require
greater clarity if it ever came to litigation.
