I'm not sure what the problem is but there's 74 tasks waiting but no running tasks. The top tasks in the queue have been waiting for 3 hours.

Yeah, we know. It should be processing again.
I'll look at adjusting our monitoring so we can catch these quicker...

As I was fixing it last night, there were dozens builds which were marked as failed. If your build failed in that timeframe and you see nothing suspicious in log, please resubmit your task.
