1. was build 192 FINISHED when 195 was started? If 192 wasn't done then
195 wouldn't have access to the pkgs, yet.

2. in the future I am hoping to change the scheduler so that any

for a specific copr can only happen provided no other build for the
copr is occuring.

I'll look further at the build logs to see if yours is something
else.
There is something else going on here because the root.log shows that
the proper version of krb5-devel is in fact installed...
