Every image will live under a namespace ("25" in this case) in the fedora
registry, see:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Container:Guidelines

Particular ruby version will depend on Fedora version. You're right that for
F25 it is ruby 2.3. Fixed now.

It should be compatible with what RHSCL images provide.
It will live in fedore registry, see more at:

Bug ID: 1435835
Summary: Container Review Request : jenkins - An extendable
open source continuous integration server
Product: Fedora Docker Images
Version: rawhide
Component: Container Review
Assignee: nobody(a)fedoraproject.org
Reporter: vrutkovs(a)redhat.com
QA Contact: extras-qa(a)fedoraproject.org
CC: container-review(a)lists.fedoraproject.org
Description:
Jenkins is an award-winning application that monitors executions of repeated
jobs, such as building a software project or jobs run by cron. Among those
things, current Jenkins focuses on the following two jobs: - building/testing
software projects continuously. In a nutshell, Jenkins provides an easy-to-use
so-called continuous integration system, making it easier for developers to
integrate changes to the project, and making it easier for users to obtain a
fresh build
This container is based on fedora 25 and utilizes systemd service to start the
container.
Provided volume stores jenkins data and internal configuration.

I can take the EPEL7 branch if you don't mind. (Sorry, I was logged into the
wrong account when I posted that originally and I don't see any way to delete
that comment)
