Looks like the websocket is failing. What browser are you using? Have
you tried a multiple browsers? Is there anything in the browser console
(usually f12 opens).

No that should be it. What is happening in the browser when you try
to connect? Any errors in the console?
You can also try adding

To the "env" array in the template, that will output more info about
what it is trying to do.
