Use newer tuned API when available ----------------------------------
Since 0.93, Cockpit lets the user configure the CPU performance profile using the tuned service. Jaroslav Škarvada for fixing up tuned to include profile descriptions, and 0.94 now supports these.

Fix cockpit-ws start while reading from /dev/urandom ----------------------------------------------------
Previously when there were interruptions during reading from /dev/urandom while starting cockpit-ws, then initialization would fail. This has now been fixed.
