Hi, great start!
I have a couple of questions and suggestions below.

Is this adding to the existing Storage page, or will it replace it?
Is this product supposed to be used together with the Red Hat Storage
Console, or is that a Cepth thing? As far as I can see from from the
Console UI, it doesn't seem to mention "Gluster", only "Cluster".

This will not replace the existing Storage, but add functionality to manage Gluster nodes, if gluster is installed.

No, this is standalone from the Red Hat Storage Console effort. We wanted a light-weight UI for users to see the information related to a gluster deployment.

newaccordian_layer2:
* If it was to be called "Cluster" above, you won't need the "...in
Cluster" part of "Hosts in Cluster" (just like you don't have "Volumes
in Cluster")
* The different columns might benefit from headers for the different
columns. What does "Hosted Engine" here indicate for example?

newfinal_accordian:
* Does the green dot mean it's active?
This could have some accessibility issues for people with red-green
color blindness
   http://www.color-blindness.com/red-green-color-blindness/
I would suggest using labels instead. Something like "Running" or such.

* For "size", it might be helpful to give some more visual aid, rather
than just the raw numbers, like a Progress bar indicating how full it
is: http://www.patternfly.org/pattern-library/widgets/#progress-bars

* How do I add more nodes and volumes?

* What's "TYPE Distribute-Replicate (2x3)"?

Here is a wireframe with some of the items above fixed:
