its json
spacewalk can be a very good cmdb and it and cobbler are very linked
if you want them to be
Spacewalk is vastly over complicated for what we're trying to achieve here,
and I also need to be able to link changes into git commits etc, so moving it
to a database backend is definitely preferable.
Ah well, I guess that's the beauty of opensource, you can always fork and
amend... ;)
