Hi All,
Cobbler 2.6.3 source: ?, ? build time: Fri Jul 18 22:59:43 2014
I have a system which is bound to a profile but when the system PXE boots, it goes to the PXE boot menu of profiles rather than booting the profile.
When I select the profile from the menu, the build progress with the only problem being that the Netboot option does not get changed to False after but build. I suspect these two problems are related in that both are failures in the passing of parameters between the client and server but that's where my theory ends.
Any ideas?
Thanks - Kirk

Are you sure the MAC address is correct? (Maybe the system has more than one NIC)

Hi Tom,
You are correct. The MAC address was not correct. The host has a converged NIC with two MAC addresses. I was using the wrong one.
Officially solved.
Thanks very much,
Kirk
