Yes, my kickstart file includes a line "$yum_repo_stanza", but however,
for example, kernel installed package is from base distro (which it's
included in DVD) and not from created mirrored repo from CentOS updates.

Make sure your kickstart template contains:
$yum_repo_stanza
so that your rendered kickstart has something like:
repo --name=updates-7-x86_64 --baseurl=http://...
repo --name=extras-7-x86_64 --baseurl=http://....
