Profile does not use the configured repo
by Thorben.Erichsen@kba.de
Hi,
I have added successfully a Repo in Cobbler (2.4.0) and it is also possible to execute a cobbler reposync.
I also successfully added the repo to one of my RHEL6-Profiles. "cobbler profile report" shows it: "Repos : ['rhel-x86_64-server-6']"
Now when I started an installation, only the "old" packages I have imported from DVD-Image before where used. What else should I do to force the profile to use the newer packages from the lokal repository? Is there a kickstartoption i have forgotten?
Thank you in advance.

slow sync after upgrade to 2.4.1
by Matthew Nicholson
I've ping IRC a few times, but was wondering if anyone had any updates, or
even just inplace fixes for:
https://github.com/cobbler/cobbler/issues/609
Cobbler has been great for us (about 2500 systems in there), but with syncs
now taking 10-15 minutes where they used to take 1 or 2...
as everything in the github issue shows, its all in the tftp generation,
which is unfortunate as it seems like everything EXCEPT dhcp generation is
done w/ lite-syncs, and only dhcp generation requires a full sync.
any help at all on this would be appreciated!

More reposync options
by Marc Villacorta
Hello all,
I have read that 'cobbler reposync' is a wrapper around 'reposync'.
There are two options from 'reposync' that I would like to use: --delete
and --newest-only.
The reason is because I am running out of disk.
Is there any way to do that?
Thank you,
Marc
