It should be regenerated from RPMs that went through testing already, though. We ideally should (but do not!) do automatic integration testing anywhere else.
So, when we have a thing like shellshocked, we would be testing Atomic 20 and 21, instead of just 21.
Yeah, but in the scope of what all that effort entails, that's relatively small.
