If you move it earlier, there is zero chance I will ever be there. If
you move it later, there is nearly zero chance I will be there. If you
keep it where it is, I will be there about 50% of the time. I'm
difficult.

Moving the meeting 2 hours earlier works quite well for me, but I can't really do
anything later before 21:00 UTC. Also totally open to switching to another day.
