Thanks, I got it working. I had an issue with my code which was causing the root device to
not have the correct size.

Yes -- cloud-init + growpart should do this automatically. (Growpart is in
cloud-utils in F19 at release and in cloud-utils-growpart in the future.)
Is this _not_ happening in some case? That's a bug.
