It'd be nice to have Fedora Cloud image URLs be persistent (if

That is the intent of the new
http://cloud.fedoraproject.org/fedora-19.x86_64.qcow2
http://cloud.fedoraproject.org/fedora-19.i386.qcow2
http://cloud.fedoraproject.org/fedora-latest.i386.qcow2
http://cloud.fedoraproject.org/fedora-latest.x86_64.qcow2
redirects. The "19" links should work until Fedora 19 is moved off of the
mirrors (usually several releases after it is EoL), and we'll update the
"latest" links so they always work.

BASE_IMAGE_TAR=$DIB_RELEASE-Cloud-$ARCH-latest.tgz
Yeah, the
somerandomperson.fedorapeople.org hostname is a clue that this is
fragile. I'm not sure why it would have stopped working, though. (I did add
a new index.html to that directory pointing to the new cloud download page,
but that shouldn't affect getting the images directly.)
