So, it seems no -21 short links exist (instead, one is redirected to
the download page) and the -latest links still point to -20. Figure
they should either be added/updated or be obsoleted/removed

4. Actually, moving the shortlinks down a level (visually -0-

'at' a given place in a filesystem) to a 'knowable and stable'
URL, and enabling DirectoryIndex display, makes the shortlink
listing more useful, as then one can 'browse' what else may be
available (or trained eyes can 'spot' what is missing). As an
